Create your first audio ad.
Go from a blank project to a mixed, downloadable spot. This walkthrough keeps personalization and advanced delivery out of the way until the core workflow feels familiar.
Before you start
- Sign in to Voxify Studio and open Audio Creatives.
- Prepare a short script. Two or three sentences are enough for a first run.
- Use headphones if you want to compare voices, music, and mix changes accurately.
1. Create a project
- From Audio Creatives, create a new project.
- Give it a name that identifies the campaign or brief.
- Open the project. Studio starts in the Creatives tab with one creative ready to edit.
A project is the workspace; a creative is one message inside it. You can add alternatives later without creating another project.
2. Write the script
- Click in the script editor and enter your copy.
- Use paragraph breaks where you want separate vocal clips.
- Keep the first version short enough to judge the full workflow quickly.
Each spoken paragraph is linked to a vocal clip on the timeline. Editing the text later marks its existing audio as out of date.
3. Choose a voice
- Open the voice selector for the vocal clip or script section.
- Search or filter the library, then play previews.
- Select a voice and apply it to the creative.
Start with one voice for the whole script. Per-section casting and dynamic voices are covered in the Voices guide.
4. Add music
- Open the music selector and audition tracks from the catalog.
- Select a track that leaves enough space for speech.
- Add it to the creative and confirm that a music clip appears on the timeline.
5. Synthesize and listen
- Click the vocal synchronization or synthesis control.
- Review the displayed cost and confirm.
- Wait for the waveform and duration to appear.
- Play the creative from the beginning and listen for pacing, pronunciation, and music balance.
After a successful synthesis, the vocal is fresh. If you change its text or voice, Studio marks it stale until you synthesize again.
6. Make one timing adjustment
Drag the music or vocal clip to adjust its start. Drag a clip edge to change the visible duration. The Timeline guide explains the different rules for vocal, music, and SFX clips.
7. Preview and download
- Play the complete creative once more.
- Open Download.
- Choose the creative or variant and an output format.
- Generate and download the final file.
The standard MP3 option is suitable for a quick review. Use the production format requested by your publisher or delivery platform for the campaign master.
Verify your first project
- Script — every paragraph has a matching vocal clip.
- Voice — the selected voice is applied to the intended sections.
- Sound — music supports rather than masks speech.
- Status — no edited vocal remains stale.
- Playback — the creative plays from start to finish.
- Export — the downloaded file opens and has the expected duration.
