See how the campaign was delivered.
The Delivery report shows what a published campaign played, to how many listeners, where, and when. Read the Standard report, or build a report of your own for the question you need answered.
Open the report
- From the application dashboard, open Audio Creatives.
- Open the project card's menu.
- Choose Delivery report. The report opens in a new tab.
The menu item is available once the project has a published version with recorded delivery. Test results and Share previews are for review; they do not create production impressions in this report.
The Standard report
The Standard tab is the same for every campaign and adapts to how the campaign selects. Times follow the listener's local time, and labels use the campaign's language.
- Key figures — impressions, unique reach, average frequency, and LTR.
- Creatives and conditions — what played, and how often.
- Content used — the records the campaign selected, when it selects records.
- Where it was heard — a map of the requests, with the campaign's own places.
- When it was heard — impressions over time, by hour and weekday.
LTR, the listen-through rate, is complete listens divided by impressions. Use PDF or CSV to export the tab; a report with several blocks may provide the CSV data as a ZIP. The configured mix or A/B allocation is an expected share, so compare it with observed delivery over a meaningful period rather than reading it as a result by itself.
Build your own report
- Choose New report.
- Describe the report in Ask AI and choose Ask, or fill in the form yourself.
- Enter the Report name.
- For each block, set Title, Metrics, Dimensions, Filters, Period, and Display. Use Add block for another chart, table, or map.
- Check the Preview, which uses a sample of the most recent hours.
- Choose Generate.
Each saved report gets its own tab beside Standard. Turn on Refresh daily to keep it current, or use Refresh when you need it. Edit, Duplicate, and Delete manage the tab; CSV and PDF export it.
Report checklist
- The report belongs to the intended project and version period.
- Impressions and LTR are read together, per creative and per condition.
- Content used matches the records the rules were meant to select.
- The map agrees with the campaign's target area.
- Custom reports have clear names and a deliberate period.
