Controls and shortcuts.
A compact reference for the editor interactions that are easiest to forget. Exact shortcuts can vary as Studio evolves; visible controls and confirmation dialogs remain authoritative.
Script editor

Timeline movement

Modifier timingHold Ctrl before pressing the pointer, keep it held during the drag, and release the pointer first.
Navigation and playback
- Use timeline zoom to change visible precision; it does not alter audio.
- Move the playhead before the edit to hear the transition.
- Use standard playback for editorial review.
- Use Mix None for raw comparison, Quick for fast client preview, and HQ for the server production chain.
- Wait for pending synthesis, import, or render actions before leaving the project.
